190 . sens- l i ne . com WARRANTY TERMS 2-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY We provide a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on material and construction defects for our garden furniture, provided that the products are used normally and maintained correctly. The warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or scratches. • Damage caused by stacking furniture. • Loosening or pulling out of woven strands. • Natural characteristics and changes in wood, including hairline cracks, resin and discoloration. • Sagging, deformation and/or discoloration of cushions. • Damage and wear caused by weather conditions. • Damage caused by exposure to high temperatures. • Damage resulting from incorrect or improper assembly. • Cracking and/or discoloration of pavilion roofs and curtains, as well as torn fixing points caused by weather conditions. • Damage caused by improper or unintended use. • Colour differences in replacement parts caused by differences in age and exposure. • Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties. ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS The warranty also does not cover defects or damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive loads, incorrect assembly, improper maintenance or lack of maintenance. Damage caused by aggressive cleaning agents or repairs carried out by unqualified persons is also excluded from the warranty. Metal products are powder-coated. Although the coating provides protection, it does not make the products completely rust-proof. PRICES & DELIVERY Prices and models are subject to change. Printing and typographical errors are reserved. Prices may fluctuate due to changes in exchange rates and fuel surcharges. Delivery is made in accordance with the agreed delivery terms. Orders of €2,500 or more are delivered carriage paid.
